Labuan FSA: Malaysian, but offshore.

Labuan Financial Services Authority · est. 1996

Labuan FSA supervises the Labuan International Business and Financial Centre, Malaysia's offshore jurisdiction. Several brokers hold Labuan money-broking licences and market them as Malaysian regulation. The regime is built for business with non-residents in foreign currency, so a Labuan licence gives Malaysian retail traders far less than an onshore SC licence would.
