About BrokerMap

Independent broker intelligence for Southeast Asia.

BrokerMap is the public record of what works and what doesn't in SEA forex and CFD trading. We score every broker against the regulators, spreads, and payment rails that actually reach SEA clients, and we publish how we did it.

Independent by design

We have never accepted money from a broker, and we never will. No affiliate links. No referral codes. No CPA. Any sponsorship from adjacent financial categories — payment providers, exchanges, banks, regulators — is named in full on the sponsors page and cannot influence Trust Score or ranking. The revenue plan is in the methodology.

Auditable scoring

Every Trust Score is a weighted average of five signals - regulation, price, accessibility, sentiment, transparency. The formula and refresh cadences are public.

Built for Southeast Asia

Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia. We measure brokers against the licences, spreads, and payment rails that actually matter to SEA clients, not headquarters.

Origins

Why BrokerMap exists.

Every comparison site in our space takes money from the brokers it ranks. Most disclose it, some don't. Either way the incentive bends the rankings, and the SEA trader trying to pick a broker has no neutral reference to check against.

BrokerMap is that reference. We rank brokers on five public signals, refresh the data on a published cadence, and disclose every revenue source we have (currently: zero). When sources disagree - say, two review platforms with a 3-point gap - we flag the divergence on the broker page rather than averaging through it.

The site is built and maintained from Southeast Asia. That matters because every broker page measures the licence tier and the payment rails actually available to SEA clients, not the ones a broker advertises on its UK landing page.
